We assure you that NETVision System SRL (also referred to as the “Company”) will continue to process customers' personal data only for clearly defined purposes and only where customers have expressed their consent.

1. What is personal data and how do we obtain it?
Personal data refers to information through which a client can be identified directly or indirectly. NETVision System SRL may obtain this data as follows:

    This usually includes information provided at the beginning of our collaboration, when you become our client or when you use our products or services (at contract signing or during its execution): name, surname, personal identification number, postal and email address, phone number, etc.
    Your interaction with us—such as filling out and submitting a contact form, sending an SMS, email, or letter—represents ways through which we obtain personal data.
  • Automatically
    In certain situations, NETVision System SRL may collect data automatically. For example, personal data may be collected via cookies, when interacting with banners, advertisements, or mobile applications, or when visiting the website.
    This may include: IP address, browser type, operating system, device ID, geographic location, referral URLs, and information about actions or interactions with the Company.
  • From external sources
    To provide services, NETVision System SRL may obtain personal data from third-party data aggregators, partners, public sources, or social networks (only with your consent).
    We may combine data from multiple sources strictly for your benefit and only with your consent.

2. What personal data do we process?
Types of data may include:

  • Name, address, personal ID (if voluntarily provided), phone number, date of birth, gender, email.
    These are mainly used for: responding to requests, order identification, invoicing, delivery.
  • Location data
    Derived from IP address, postal code, or city name.

We do not create behavioral profiles and ensure content is appropriate for all ages. We verify, as reasonably as possible, that users are over 18 years old.

We do not sell personal data. Third-party services like Google Analytics or Facebook may be used.

Data is processed during the contractual relationship and stored afterward according to legal requirements (typically up to 5 years).

8. Data security
NETVision System SRL applies industry-standard security measures (antivirus, passwords, SSL).
In case of a data breach, we will investigate, mitigate, and notify authorities and users within 72 hours.
