My long-standing interest in both traditional cosmologies and modern cosmology, together with the experience gained in recent years in photography — landscapes, product photography, virtual tours and, occasionally, private events — provided the foundation for approaching this unique photographic genre, situated at the intersection of astronomy and photographic art.

A field that opens the dark night sky toward the colorful depths of nebulae and distant galaxies, or toward the crystalline purity of globular clusters — true hidden jewels in the darkness of the firmament. Each astrophotography image should be seen as a “celestial fossil”, containing encoded stories thousands or even millions of years old about the continuous evolution of the universe.

I created this website to support those who are beginning to explore one of the most beautiful, but also most difficult, branches of photography: night-sky photography, astrophotography.
